A lovely wine from the wonderful vintage we had in 2026. Late season with a long cool ripening means crystalline white wines around here and there could be no greater example of that than this wine.

Soils: Light loamy clay over sandstone with extensive schist and quartz rubble.
Vinification: 100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to neutral French barriques, hogsheads, stainless steel and terracotta for for 5 months.
