We love riesling, simple. We also love off-dry riesling and this is our first version of it. We love it as its really bloody delicious.

Soils: Light loamy clay over sandstone with extensive schist & quartz rubble.
Vinification: 100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to terracotta egg for nine months.
